Finger dynamics

This project presents an interactive rhythm-based training system designed for children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD). It integrates a modular toy and a rhythm game app on iPad. Through Bluetooth connection, children use interchangeable control rods and pressure-sensitive caps to interact with gamified challenges across three progressive levels. Each level increases in complexity—from simple directional sliding to multi-directional movement and fine motor control training—encouraging hand–eye coordination, spatial awareness, and grip strength. The system aims to build long-term motor training habits by turning therapy into engaging play.
